Modification of Terms.

TeacherBird.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Fees; Renewal; Refund Policies for Single-User and single product 
· Access to Standard Content includes Video Files and Practice materials (If available) for a specific (Bought) Course/Lesson/Product for 60 Days 
· Subscription fees for using a product/Video Lessons are non-refundable.
· Discounts, rebates or other special offers only valid for initial term
· TeacherBird.com may increase the product/video lessons  fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that TeacherBird.com provides notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the subscription
· Right of Access to the TeacherBird.com Educational contents is under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the each course/lesson/product fees.

 Prohibited Conduct.
User expressly agrees to refrain from doing, either personally or through an agent, any of the following “Prohibited Conduct”:
· Transmit, install, upload or otherwise transfer any virus, advertisement, communication, or other item or process to the Site that in any way affects the use, enjoyment or service of the Site, or adversely affects TeacherBird.com’s computers, servers or databases.
